Class guideline :

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins and sit silently while waiting for the class to begin. Allow your mind and body to settle down in preparation for class.
  • Take full meals at least 3 hours before class. Light meals can be taken 2 hours earlier. If you really feel that you need to eat, take something that is easily digestible.
  • Use your own mat for hygienic purpose.
  • Inform the teacher before class begins if you have any health issue.
  • Please settle any payments before entering class. Prior registration and class booking are mandatory before attending any class
  • Wear comfortable mildly loose clothes suitable for yoga.
  • Switch off your hand phone or put it in silent mode during class.
